An updated gourmet kitchen designed for both everyday meals and large gatherings, featuring stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators, a propane stove, dishwasher, two sinks, and all the essentials needed for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware, baking sheets, a lobster pot, and BBQ utensils
Dining Room
The adjacent breakfast room and formal dining room comfortably seat up to 16 guests for shared meals and celebrations.
Living Room

Adjacent to the Atrium/Pool room is the family room. It features a large smart-screen TV, sound bar, ample seating with two leather recliners, a large couch as well as dining seating for 6 people. A perfect spot to take in “the game” or watch a movie with the entire family.

The estate’s 1,000-square-foot deck includes a large outdoor bar with seating for eight and a picnic table for casual outdoor dining, making it the perfect spot for gathering with family and friends. Relax in several Adirondack-style chairs with side tables and take in breathtaking 270-degree views across four mountain ranges, with vistas stretching 40 miles or more across three states. A gas fire pit adds the perfect touch for evening gatherings, creating an inviting setting to unwind, entertain, dine, and enjoy the spectacular scenery.

The outdoor pavilion is complete with a dining table, bar with stools, and a seating area featuring four cushioned chairs and a coffee table. Take in the spectacular meadow views stretching down to the estate’s private pond.

The estate offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, along with satellite and cable television. A washer and dryer are also available on the property for guests to use.
