Installed by our premier tent partners, the structures can accommodate intimate celebrations as well as larger weddings of up to 200 guests.

Are there noise ordinances?
Because the estate is privately situated, there are no local noise restrictions. We do request the main celebration wind down by 10:00 PM with immediate family and friends able to continue the celebration after that.
Do you have a recommended list of vendors?
Our team offers a curated list of trusted vendors, and day-of coordinating services are included in the venue cost.
Are there nearby accommodations for wedding guests?
Yes. There are hotels in the area: Sunday River Resort, Mollyockett Motel, Bethel Inn Resort, and Hampton Inn across from the Oxford Casino.
Can we have the rehearsal at the venue?
Yes, we allow you to have the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for your intimate group of about 20 people at the venue. You may have it catered or do it yourself! There is a fee for larger groups.
